We have been a leader in providing creative and effective print solutions for retail and the shopping center industry for more than 30+ years. Today we are poised for future growth, with plans to expand not only its core business of print and production, but also fulfillment and other peripheral services.

Whether its in-mall collateral, a handheld directory or coupon book, we are a tremendous resource for today’s shopping centers, ranging from single-center projects to large, portfolio-wide initiatives. Recognizing the value of the dollar and the difficulties of stretching limited marketing budgets, we offer customized publishing and collateral solutions to fit specific business needs. Our services include a sales team that will work with the national retailers along with any local retailers and partners to help offset costs or create revenue to your bottom-line for handheld directories, coupon books, direct mail, tourism initiatives and any other print pieces you may have.

Publishing Services

Publishing Services:

We provide a wide variety of publishing products such as handheld directories, coupon books, direct mail, tourism brochures/guides, as well as leasing support materials. Many of these publications can be advertising based, our full-service sales team secures advertising participation from retailers and other mall partners.

Collateral Services

Collateral Services:

Our ability to print on-demand eliminates expensive print runs and the need to store excess inventory. We house large format and direct-to-print flat bed printers with iCut capabilities. By producing most materials in-house, we are able to offer cost savings and time efficiencies on posters, backlit duratrans, t-stands and a variety of other small and large format materials. We also have installation capabilities throughout the US.

Online Ordering System

Online Ordering System:

We are on our 5th generation of our on-line ordering system. It features several enhancements adding to the already user-friendly online ordering experience. Clients are able to place collateral orders, proof, design, track the status of an order, review budgets and generate reports all with a click of a mouse. We provide this technology at no cost to our clients.

Sales Team

Sales Team:

A full service in-house sales team can secure advertising dollars from retailers and other complementary partners at no additional cost to you. Using both our extensive national retailer database along with any local contacts you supply our team will communicate the product on all levels.

Client Services Support

Client Services Support:

A team of professionals that are designated to each client so you are working with the same person on all of your needs. They will work with you to ensure the integrity of your campaign.

Creative Services

Creative Services:

If you are in need a full campaign creation we have a team of design professionals to work from start to finish. If you have a campaign in place, we can version those files out to create a variety of collateral elements to spec, while maintaining brand and campaign integrity throughout.

In-House Graphic Designers

In-House Graphic Designers:

Our graphic design team consists of a seasoned group of professionals with experience ranging from print production, to product marketing, to more traditional agency experience.

Multilingual Translations

Multi-Language translations:

We offer multi-lingual translation services upon request. Our partner of 20+ years is nationally recognized.

Archiving & File Management

Archiving and File Management:

We serve as “keeper of the files” for several large developers. We are a constant resource for corporate marketing and mall team logos, center photos and other creative files. In addition, we maintain a comprehensive library of printed samples. This library is a great resource for future program development.

Warehousing

Warehousing:

We offer warehousing and fulfillment services, typically at no cost to the client. For example, collateral such as gift card packaging and Travel/Tourism fulfillment.

Sustainability

Sustainability:

For several years we have made a conscious effort to practice environmental responsibility. We have educated ourselves with industry jargon and appropriately select environmentally friendly papers. We are committed to purchasing recycled paper with high levels of post-consumer content whenever possible.

With over 30+ years of experience in the shopping center and travel tourism industries our senior management plays an active role in all aspects of account management and works closely with each client to make sure their needs exceed their expectations.

Sales/Ad Coordinator

Manage and service assigned clients/retailers in the shopping center industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all clients and with company departments. Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
